CEO
President of Advertising is Simple in Delaware, Matt has been in advertising and marketing since he graduated from West Chester University in 1991. He worked his way up the sales chain ladder to become area sales manager for Comcast Spotlight in Utah. For personal reasons, Matt had to return to his home state of Delaware in late 2009. Unable to return to Utah to resume his area sales manager position, he took this opportunity to establish his own digital marketing company in June of 2010. Since then, Matt has worked hard to grow many small to mid-size businesses within a variety of industries. He continues to keep abreast of the latest digital trends so that he can deliver the best possible results to his clients. Matt is the cornerstone of Advertising is Simple and is a large part of why the company’s reputation is stellar.
DENISE BERNSTEIN
Executive Content Manager
Denise has been working for Advertising is Simple in one capacity or another since August of 2010. She oversees and expedites content creation for websites and social media, as well as ensures that all created content is optimized in order to benefit the client’s Search Engine Optimization efforts. This is very important as we strive to keep our clients on the first page of the search engines. Search Engines are in a constant state of flux and it is her job to keep current and adjust the SEO marketing campaigns to keep clients in good standing and improve their web presence. This term is called Adaptive Search Engine Optimization. Denise also designs and builds websites that help clients with better conversions rates in order to meet their marketing goals.
ELENA FILIPONE
Marketing Coordinator
Elena Filipone is a West Virginia University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, emphasis in Digital Promotions, and a minor in Event Planning. As the Marketing Coordinator at Advertising Is Simple, she is tasked with creating innovative social media content, conducting market research, carrying out promotional campaigns, identifying target audiences, and evaluating current trends. She is very excited to be able to have this opportunity to showcase her technology skills and creativity, along with gaining experiences and learning new things.
Outside of work Elena enjoys going to the beach, reading, binge watching TV shows, and spending time with family and friends.
She is thrilled to be part of the team here at Advertising is Simple.
Jonathan Finn
Research Sales Assistant
Jonathan Finn joined Advertising Is Simple in 2024 as Research Sales Assistant, He provides support for the marketing team by analyzing data and developing content for advertising campaigns, including writing blog posts, replying to comments, and engaging on posts to help build an interactive and connected audience. He is eager to collaborate with the team and learn new things.
Outside of Advertising is Simple, Jonathan is an Ecological Gardening certificate student at Mt. Cuba Center, where he is also employed as an Educator sharing his passion for native plants and sustainable gardening.
